I have spent the past decade working with organisations to build and provide innovation and service design capacity. Over that time I have developed a broad understanding of what works well and what works less well.

This Innovation & Design Playbook is intended as a summary of my experience and a handy resource for others interested in this field of work. It is comprised of a curated selection of my blogs which explore the skills, methods and tools I have discovered, developed and deployed through the course of my work. Of course, there is always more to learn and share, so the playbook will never be finished and I will continue to add new posts as I publish them.
